Omar Lopez 

Omar (he/him/his), is a Talent Consultant at DRG. He supports nonprofits through the full life cycle of their talent needs including executive search, organizational design and alignment, transition planning, culture assessment and engagement.

Prior to joining DRG, Omar worked as a Search Consultant at On-Ramps, identifying talent in the social sector. He came to On-Ramps after six years at Relay Graduate School of Education where he served as the Director of Talent Acquisition, leading a team that drove the annual recruitment of over 100 full- and part-time staff and faculty across the country. Prior to Relay, Omar served as Director of Teacher Policy for Democrats for Education Reform. He started his career in the classroom, teaching 9th and 11th grade English at Williamsburg Charter High School and 5th grade English Language Arts at Community Partnership Charter School.

Omar earned a B.A. in English Secondary Education at The College of Saint Rose and an Ed.M. in Education Policy and Management from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Omar now lives in Ossining, NY with his wife, two daughters, and wheaten terrier. He is active in local politics, serving as an Ossining Village Trustee.

Jennifer Kaye

Jennifer is a Client Engagement Specialist at DRG. She brings a unique perspective to projects with her collective expertise in marketing, public relations, event planning and branding, fundraising, and promotion. With Jennifer’s help DRG has been able to expand its corporate footprint into the Washington, DC Metropolitan area.

Jennifer has over 25 years as a proven asset to non-profit organizations, corporations, government agencies, and professionals seeking to increase their business opportunities, raise awareness of their brands or campaigns, and maximize their impact on their communities.

Jennifer is a natural connector, a clear communicator, an influencer, and a rainmaker for many. Throughout her career she has helped corporations secure new business relationships, reshape their business strategies and improve their bottom line. Likewise, she has assisted non-profit organizations raise a combined millions of dollars, while exceeding goals, and expanding the impact of their social missions.

Jennifer is a resident of Rockville, Maryland, a mom of two amazing kids. She stays active and always on the move. She loves hiking, biking, camping, and has an adventurous curiosity. Jennifer is a former Division I Volleyball player for Florida State University.

Adam Norse

Adam is a Talent Consultant at DRG. He focuses on organizations in youth sports, collegiate athletics, and youth leadership. Utilizing his experience as a nonprofit executive director of a youth sports organization, Adam has the relevant insight to tackle our client’s organizational challenges and develop comprehensive talent solutions.

Combining his experience leading a nonprofit with 8 years in executive search, Adam partners with organizations to understand their long-term mission, current challenges and identify their needs for future success. Adam believes that the right talent has a multiplying impact on an organization and the execution of its objectives.

Adam is passionate about the power of youth sports to equip, educate and inspire the future leaders of tomorrow. He serves as a director atDowntown United Soccer Club (DUSC)in lower Manhattan.- serving over 4,000 youth soccer players. Additionally, he delivers educational workshops for the national youth sports non-profit Positive Coaching Alliance. Recently he authored ‘Grow Your Potential: A Teenager’s Guide to Maximizing Your Life’.

When not working, Adam spends his time with his wife and young daughters re-enacting Frozen (yes,thatDisney movie).
