Felicia is the Founder & Managing Director of The Gatson Group, a diversity and inclusion consulting firm offering certified diversity training and strategic consulting.

Before starting her firm, Felicia served as the Global Manager of Diversity and Inclusion for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. In this role, she led the design and implementation of the global diversity strategy, supporting more than 60,000 employees. Prior to Goodyear, Felicia served as the Head of Diversity for Cabela’s, Inc., where she served as a subject matter expert in the development, design, and execution of diversity initatives serving over 19,000 employees. Felicia also co-led global diversity efforts at Nissan North America, where she served as the Assistant Secretary for the Global Inclusion Council.

Her firm recently announced a licensing partnership with the globally renowned Institute for Diversity Certification, where she offers the number one global credentialing program for diversity and inclusion certification. She also recently announced a partnership with Ready for Next Academy where she offers online, on-demand diversity and inclusion learning courses that explore how diversity and inclusion can directly influence business outcomes. In addition, she offers in-person and virtual Signature Workshops, including Principles of Inclusive Leadership, Your Role in Workplace Inclusion and Is Your Bias Showing.

In addition to serving as a Certified Speaker, Coach & Trainer with Maxwell Leadership® Certified Team, Felicia holds an MBA from the University of Dallas, is a recipient of the prestigious University of Dallas Tower Award, serves as a Board Member and Board Vice-Chair of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee with the Irving, TX Las-Colinas Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the Disabilities Committee for the City of Irving, TX.

RICHARD FOSTER is the Founder and Executive Director of S&F Athletes. Richard is a father with three sons and four grandchildren. He grew up in Bryan, Texas with his father, mother and six siblings. His passion to help youth comes from his own success in overcoming childhood struggles and shame. With a strong support base that he received growing up, he graduated from Bryan High School and attended Tyler Junior College on a football scholarship then transferred to Angelo State University where he earned a Bachelor Degree in Kinesiology, with a minor in Physiology. He has worked with youth for over 24 years as a Juvenile Detention Officer, Special Education Teacher, Education Paraprofessional and Coach. Richard has been profiled on “BubbleLife” by Reporter Dawn Tongish, “Mind Your Black Business” by Louiseza Sanderson, BlogTalkRadio’s “Black Wealth Creation” with host Shawn Hill, “Inside The Game” Sports Talk Radio Show hosted by Robin Valetutto, and “STI740: Beyond the Game” Youth Sports Talk and Education Show
