The Sports Philanthropy Network is excited to add Kayla Bradham as its VP of Community Development.
Kayla will serve as the VP of Community Development for the Sports Philanthropy Network. Kayla will be responsible for building relationships with athletes, sports teams, sponsors, sports organizations and their respective foundations.
“We are very excited to have Kayla join our growing team,” said Roy Kessel, Founder of the Sports Philanthropy Network. “Kayla has a special talent for relating to a wide variety of people and has a demonstrated track record of involving herself in the community. Her passion for helping others, especially in the areas of education, fitness and social justice, will make her an excellent addition to our organization. Kayla will bring tremendous outreach skills and a strong operational perspective to help with our growth and expansion.”

Kayla has extensive experience in the world of sports, business and non-profits having been a General Manager of Xperience Fitness. In that capacity, Kayla managed multiple clubs with memberships totaling over 25,000 and managed a staff of over 40 employees. Kayla was the champion of Xperience Fitness’ corporate wellness and community outreach efforts.
Kayla has her degree from St. Norbert College in Communication, Media, and Theatre with an emphasis in Management and a concentration in Leadership as well as a minor in English.
As a result of her National Exercise Trainers Association certifications in Personal Training and Wellness Coaching, Kayla has experience working with all types of athletes, business professionals, sports organizations and non-profit groups.
Kayla is also Executive Management Certified, Project Management Essentials Certified and certified in First Aid, CPR and Suicide Prevention.
