Winnipeg Jets fulfill this obligation by providing opportunities in a positive, enlightening environment that will educate youth on how to improve the quality of their lives.

Strategy: In an ever-changing world, The True North Youth Foundation seeks to consistently re-invest in youth, facilities, and programs to enhance opportunities that allow to future of Manitoba to meet their full potential.
The True North Youth Foundation consists of three core programs:
Camp Manitou:
At Camp Manitou, outdoor programming is delivered with the goal of providing accessible, meaningful, camp experiences to Manitoba children, youth, and community groups.
Winnipeg Jets Hockey Academy:
The Winnipeg Jets Hockey Academy is a play-based program designed to increase school attendance as well as high school graduation rates in socially and economically challenged schools in Winnipeg.
Project 11:
Project 11 is an engaging cross-curricular prevention program targeting Manitoba’s English language Arts and Physical Education outcomes. Weekly lessons and daily activities have been designed to help support students and teachers in bringing mental health awareness.
