Alan Pavlosky, founder of the Legacy Allstars Podcast, was interviewed by Roy Kessel of the Sports Philanthropy Network at Super Bowl 59 in New Orleans. He also highlighted his passion for combating human trafficking and the role athletes can play in driving social change.

Alan Pavlosky

For over 30 years, Alan Pavlosky has provided assistance and guidance to professional athletes, executives and everyday people, helping them shine through branding, marketing, and making a positive impact in their communities. With a big heart for giving back, he co-founded the non-profit “All Sports United” – an organization that helped athletes make the biggest possible impact through their philanthropic work. Together with his wife Gail, Alan runs The Good Earth School, a nature-based preschool in northern California, where they pour their hearts into nurturing young minds. Their dedication to helping others blossoms in their work with preschoolers. Alan’s warm-hearted mission to help others build lasting success naturally drew him to real estate investing, where he takes joy in guiding people toward financial freedom and building wealth for future generations through passive income.

ALL SPORTS UNITED

All Sports United was co-founded by Alan Pavlosky, which focuses on the importance of aligning athletes with existing charitable organizations rather than starting their own foundations, as mismanagement can lead to inefficiencies and reputational risks. Many athletes underestimate their ability to make a difference, even if they’re not superstars, by leveraging their platform, they can inspire and create real change.
