PrideStaff Phoenix
At PrideStaff, we work with some of the most well-respected companies in the area as well as new and upcoming businesses. Our services are designed to match skilled professionals in Phoenix, Tempe, and beyond, with truly rewarding career opportunities. Our services include direct recruiting, temp-to-hire and temporary staffing for a wide range of industries, including: administration, customer service, information technology, finance, legal support and healthcare.
The PrideStaff team comes to the table with a variety of skills and experiences. Each one is dedicated to a single set of values, which are built around our Mission as a company. For small and large clients, major and minor markets, and candidates of every level, our commitment remains the same. Our team is comprised of proven winners, overachievers, cheerleaders, fist-bumpers and high-fivers. We love working together to bring out the very best in every client, associate and internal relationship.
The difference at Pridestaff starts in how we live out our mission statement: “To consistently provide client experiences focused on what they value most.” We strive to make Pridestaff a great place to work for our internal team members and field associates. The result is motivated, focused field associates walking in our clients’ doors every day. We know this by asking the people who matter most, our clients and field associates. PrideStaff is the only staffing firm with over $100m in system wide revenue to have earned the Best of Staffing Diamond Award 11 years in a row.
Lonnie Young
I received my degree in communications from Michigan State University, where I played football and ran track for the Spartans. I was drafted by the Cardinals and sustained a 12 year NFL career, playing for the Cardinals, Jets, and Chargers. After retiring from my playing career, I spent two years completing the McDonald’s owner/operator program and while that was a great experience, the staffing industry quickly became a passion, and one that I knew was a great fit for me. I returned to the NFL in a front office role, where I spent 18 years, 12 of which were with the Baltimore Ravens. After retiring in full from the NFL, I decided to rejoin the staffing industry and purchased a PrideStaff franchise, which I run with my wife Melanie.
