Expansive Partnerships: 1 + 1 = 3
How Are Partnerships Like Persimmons?

Partnerships are a neglected tool to increase fiscal growth, brand attractiveness, brand awareness and missional impact. So why do we hold back? The competitive hunger games that pit us against each other can prevent us from seeing the rewards of a Persimmon Partnership: a partnership that is sweet, mild and rich. A partnership that enhances our organizational objectives and revenue sources rather than diminishing or taking away our agency.

Learning together in this Master Class, each participant leader will examine who they are partnered with today, determine if those partnerships are a good fit and look toward how to make future Persimmon Partnerships. We will look at partnership through different lenses to seek a variety of opportunities.

This master class taught by three experts will take you through exercises with your fellow leaders that will support you in surveying your needs, bolstering weaknesses and identifying potential partners for expansive results that you can implement in your own organization.

The key to producing perfect partnerships is…..come find out."

SELF AND TEAM AWARENESS WORKSHOP

Our Self & Team Awareness module, which is the first of the 8 Essentials incorporates two main tools and processes, E-Colors and Personal Intervention. E-Colors will heighten your understanding of your own communication style, behavioral tendencies, strengths and potential limiters, while offering insight into others’ personality tendencies, communication preferences and character building traits. Personal Intervention moves you from reaction to response mode when you become aware of your potential limiters. You will learn how to move from unintentional consequences to intentional outcomes. Both E-Colors and Personal Intervention appreciate and leverage the diversity of thought of your team, organization and community.
