We know that video captures attention in a way that is different from static images. Video helps tell the story of an organization and its work. What sets apart effective videos from a generic run-of-the-mill video? How do we define which elements of our organization's work needs to be included? We all recognize the importance of mentors. But how do we identify them, train them and implement an effective mentorship program in order to support the growth of those in our programs? What separates impactful mentoring relationships from those that go stale? How can we prepare the mentees to be effective at engaging with their mentors?
