Artificial Intelligence and Automation
Artificial intelligence and automation are taking a leading role in productivity. Learn from experts how these tools can support your efforts to grow your organization and maximize the production of your staff. As the technologies continue to evolve, how do we continue to integrate these systems without disrupting the continuity of efforts.
Successfully integrating AI isn’t just about picking the right tools; it’s about building a culture of trust, transparency, and experimentation. Since early 2023, Remy Reya has studied AI’s applications to social impact work and led the Compass Pro Bono team from AI skepticism to enthusiastic adoption. After finding huge success internally—after only four months, his colleagues reported saving an average of 5 hours/week per person using AI tools—he turned his attention to creating replicable frameworks for other nonprofits to scale efficiency while keeping AI use sustainable and human-centered. He now trains and consults for social impact organizations exploring mission-aligned AI integration, AI strategy and culture-building, and team-level AI deployment.
