Mother’s Day is a great day to remember all of the Mothers out there who have done an amazing job with their children. It is also a day to honor those who have suffered loss, fought against abuse and battled to give a better life to their kids.
It was amazing to see people from our sports philanthropy community in person at the Aspen Institute’s Project Play Summit at Audi Field in DC.
We hope to see you at the Sports Lawyers Association Conference in Atlanta. If you are planning to attend, please let us know so that we can make time to get together.
Have a great week!
Roy

The Kansas City Chapter Steering Committee hosted its first call on April 13th as it looks to commence programming during May and launch a kickoff event in conjunction with Sporting KC.
Sporty made its debut at the Women’s Final Four in Minneapolis. Amazing effort by the city to host the games before sellout crowds, the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association Convention and the Fan Fest at the Minneapolis Convention Center. The city did such a great job hosting that the Big Ten has decided to host future tournaments there.
