Sean Fraizer has over 30 years of experience in NCAA intercollegiate athletics, including fifteen years as a Director of Athletics overseeing programs at Division I, II, and III levels, nine years as a senior-level deputy, associate, and assistant athletic director at the Division I level, two years as a college coach at the Division I level, and four years as a collegiate student-athlete at the Division I level.

He currently works as an Associate Vice President and Director of Athletics at Northern Illinois University.
