November 2025 Newsletter

As we approach the Thanksgiving Holiday, we observe world events and see so many struggling to put food on their table. We feel fortunate to have such an amazing network of people who are using the power of sports to improve lives.
We are heading into to an exciting 2026 as we are already well into plans for Super Bowl LX in San Francisco. Take a look at events coming up and our interview schedule at our SPN AT SUPER BOWL 60 page.
In addition, our plans are well underway for our SPN Golf Tour and Day of Impact planning. We are finalizing courses and training facilities in Tampa, South Florida, Atlanta, Chicago, Nashville, Dallas, Washington DC, Los Angeles, Phoenix, and Las Vegas.
Enjoy your holiday season! We look forward to seeing you soon.

SPN RECAP

Hosted by SBRnet and Pen and Mike, the Get in the Game Conference was hosted November 7th through 9thin Baltimore, MD. A sports career for conference  for HBCU students, GITG featured a lively array of activities, panels and networking opportunities. With panels covering media, careers, golf, sports philanthropy, GITG allowed the students terrific access to the industry leaders, former athletes, current coaches and sports business executives. The Saturday evening dinner and trivia contest provided an amazing setting looking into Camden Yards and allowing us to watch the field renovation. If you would like to participate, or get involved for next year, please let us know as the planning for these scale of events takes a full year!

SPOP

Our Sports Philanthropy Overlay Program is partnering with communities and event organizers around the country to create philanthropic activations. Each activation includes elements of Education, Service and Fundraising which will help create a culture of philanthropy. These youth sports tournaments include hundreds of teams and thousands of athletes that are immersed in their sport. By activating an SPOP, we can ensure that these athletes and families learn about the issues facing our communities.
