Cleveland Browns Organizational Spotlight

Mission:

Established in 1999, the Cleveland Browns Foundation is dedicated to taking a solution-based, holistic approach to ensure Ohio youth receive the development and education they need as a means to independence and success.

Programs:

First and Ten Movement

The Browns’ First and Ten movement was designed to encourage and help individuals to make a difference in their community through volunteerism and inspiring others to do the same.

Join the First and Ten movement by pledging to “#give10” by volunteering at least 10 hours each year in your community.

Youth Football

The Cleveland Browns are committed to assisting the development, safety and growth of youth and high school football throughout Northeast Ohio with year-round programming for players, coaches, officials and parents. Through camps, clinics and other initiatives, the Browns’ goal is to promote healthy social, emotional, intellectual and physical development of youth by enhancing opportunities for youth football participation and education.

Stay In The Game!

The Cleveland Browns Foundation, Ohio Department of Education and Harvard University’s Proving Ground have joined forces at the state level to launch the Stay in the Game! Keep Learning, Every Day Network. Even if students can’t Get 2 School safely during the pandemic, they still need to Stay in the Game!

Education

The Cleveland Browns Foundation is dedicated to improving the quality of education for students in Ohio by making investments that keep kids in school and engaged, every day, so they can succeed. One of the Foundation’s signature initiatives – the Stay in the Game! Network – is a statewide initiative designed to promote the importance of school attendance and end chronic absenteeism.
