Bridget Niland currently serves as the Director of Youth Initiatives at the Community Foundation. She leads Project Play WNY, an initiative launched by the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation to ensure all children in Western New York have the opportunity to be active through sports and build physical literacy. Bridget also oversees the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Legacy Fund for Youth Sports, one of four endowment funds at the Community Foundation created by the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation.
Bridget is also an associate professor at Daemen College and an adjunct professor at University at Buffalo School of Law.
